The Drama Club
a New musical workshop reading for october 2017

PARABLES follows a young woman named Eveline whose birth signaled a great change in the world! At least that’s what she tells us. In reality, as Eveline loses her connection to her family and friends, her grasp on the real world slowly slips away. With songs spanning styles from contemporary musical theater to Abba-esque disco pop to intergalactic punk, Parables brings its audience along with Eveline’s comedic and sometimes heartbreaking saga as the boundaries between her waking life and her far-flung reveries fall away.
